STG - here's the link.

They are calling it Gulf Blue but it definitely could be Mexico Blue.

Thanks.

Clear tails but no side markers?

Kind of odd mix of options, interior. Overall, nice to see something different.

Green?? I'd drop that wish and pick another alternate. Have only seen a few green 991.1's ever. Both coupes. One was used from P San Diego. One a friend bought new. Viper Green C4S coupe. Parnelli on RL.

Sooooo ... if ding free, no dice ???
My problem in buying is perfectly accurately explained:

I'm spoiled rotten.

There have been so many great sub-$75k verts with full leather, Burmester and whatnot in the last 12 months. When I look at a specific one to maybe pull the trigger there's always Oh Shiny right around the corner. Right now inventory for those is low, though.

I wish I had found this forum while I was still searching. I just picked up a 2012 C2S Cab with 7MT and sport chrono (my base requirements) yesterday. It's not CPO but very low mileage <12k and the history is clean. The only red flag was four previous owners. I got it for $68k with a original MSRP of $119k. Will post pictures when I get a chance.

Default 2014 Targa 4S

What you guys think of this vehicle? CPO'ed with less than 11k. Looks like it was involved in a rear end MVA which perhaps could explain the price.

The two ones you pointed out don't have full leather. The blue one is pretty pretty but then, there is the spoiled thing

That is a good price with an accident?

STG had issues with getting someone to call him back from Porsche Norwell. Ask for Jeff Akasten if you are interested; he sold me my Racing Yellow CPO C2S in September when he was still at Porsche Westwood, and is now Norwell's sales manager.

I might be able to get down there at the end of the week to check it out if you are ready to pull the trigger.

Yeah, I was having a harder time finding full leather. Those are usually a little more loaded and bump the price up...

Congrats!!! Sounds like you got a great deal!

My first 991S was a 2012.5 and wasn't CPO (although I enjoyed the remaining factory warranty for two years). I had no problems the last 18 months of ownership - you will probably be just fine. The number of owners wouldn't have bothered me with a clean history. And you got a very low mileage one which means it was probably in very good condition. You did well! Congrats!!!

Awesome thread. What are you guys seeing in the way of coming down on asking price with CPO cars?

My first 991S didn't have full leather (only leather seats) and my current one has full leather. I definitely prefer the leather...makes the car feel much more upscale.

That being said, it wasn't necessarily a must have for me but a really nice to have (SC, PSE, PDCC, and others were critical for me.)

All things are negotiable. You can probably get them to knock a couple of grand off, depending on how desirable the car is and how long it has been sitting. We are in the middle of winter, too - not necessarily a time people are buying sports cars in many parts of the country. YMMV. Can't hurt to at least try...

Priced too high, in my humble opinion. I love the color and the red accents (gauges, seat belts), though. It would have to be EXACTLY what I wanted and a great price for me to consider it.

Is there an easy way to search for vehicles with full leather? Cargurus has "leather" as an installed option, but it appears almost everyone checks that option, regardless of whether it has full leather.
