Here's one that may or may not be HOT FOR SALE. If you like PDK and Brown, this 2013 Carrera S with X51 Power Kit, $142.81k MSRP and VERY low miles. It might be just right for you. I say might because the dealer is not showing his price.
Clean CarFax, 2 owners.
Not mine / no affiliation, but looks like a pretty good buy for $62,999:
2012.5 911S black/black, 15k mi,$111,275 Sticker new! Features include PDK, power sport seats, heated seats, Porsche Dynamic Lighting System, Light Design Packge, PaskAssist front and rear, sunroof, BOSE premium sound, navigation, Sirius and HD Radio, multi-function steering wheel, premium package, 20 inch premium factory wheels
2012.5 991S's are finally dropping down into the low 60s (w/o CPO) - last summer a lot of the examples I saw were priced the same as similar 2013's, which didn't make sense to me (mid-70s with CPO).
Two more examples of PDK S's without Sport Chrono....
It's really a shame that Porsche hasn't made the Sport Chrono software available for post-sale installation like they did on 997 generation cars, as PDK without the Sport Chrono software is a 100% deal-breaker for me and I think many others...
I could live without the dynamic engine mounts, I can live without the dash wart (maybe even prefer not having it), but the Sport-Plus PDK shift mode is a must have.
991.1 S
Coupe
Manual
Prefer black
Would like CPO or a little warranty left preferably, though at my price range this may be a hard task.
Willing to travel
No accidents
Price: Under $65K
Maybe it's best to do a 2012.5 to clip as much depreciation as possible.

For an S, you will probably be looking at a non-CPO, out of warranty 2012.5. Having previously owned a 2012.5, I would be pretty confident that most problems would have been caught during the warranty period. As long as it had the appropriate service history, a good PPI, and good condition, I wouldn't hesitate. You might be able to find a CPO 2012.5 S but I think it might be a little north of your price range.
Once suggestion, if you can stretch to $75k, you will have a LOT more selection of 13's, etc., with CPO. By limiting yourself to $65k you may be bottom feeding the cheapest 991S's (lowest optioned, too) on the market. (Not that there is anything wrong with that - just that there will be fewer ones to look and choose from.) I would almost suggest considering finding the nicest 997S you can find in that price range. Just a thought.

You will have a hard time finding an S with manual for this price. I spent months looking and watching on multiple sites. I did get a 2012 S cab with manual and sport chrono for 68K with an original list of 119k. It was not CPO but the maintenance history was clean. I've found that non-Porsche dealers have the best deals but you should insist on PPI and a clean history. I got mine from a Cadillac dealer. Best of luck with your search.
