Now I only need to do that Actual Buying thing that everybody else talks about so much. I hear that helps it lot in acquiring a car. And it seems recommended to do that before your current lease runs out...

Oh and the spousal sanity check unit has vetoed Racing Yellow, so I need a new... color.
What are you looking for, Squid42?

It is missing features most of HFSers want (PSE, SC, etc.), but great color and leather interior!

I did, yeah. It's such a nice design. It's a bit thicker too. Like a BMW M wheel. This is actually the newer 991.2 wheel. It was costly though with the airbag. About $2.5K costly. Worth it to me. Love it.

Daily driver class Cabrio. Cheaper, higher miles, maybe a small ding or two outside. No trashed interior. Base model OK. c2/c2s probably preferred (never drove a 991 c4/c4s).

Full leather very important unless it has both white instrument dials and SC. If PDK then SC is a must. Heated steering wheel highly valued.

Colors: no yellow. Guards red probably not. Blue and green preferred.

Disclaimer: might still buy a 981 GTS or whereabouts.

Sounds easy, right?

Seems like an awesome deal actually, considering it's an S, 2015, with low mileage, and in a cool color...

Personally, I think Sport Chrono is a must-have (and can't be added) on PDK cars, but on a manual, I'd consider a car without it. You lose the auto-blip rev matching, which some drivers hate anyway, but not nearly as transformational to the car as it is on PDK cars...

Green will be nearly impossible to find. I am a HUGE sapphire blue fan and they can be very challenging to find, especially with certain options (although I LOVE that color). Easiest to find is black, silver, or white.

What price range are you looking at? PDK/SC is pretty easy to find - heated steering wheel might make it a little more difficult.

Heated steering wheel, PDK W/sport chrono, super high miles (50,677 miles!), asking $60k....not full leather, though, although you swap the dials to white if you desired...

Squid, you have quite a wide net. You should be able to find a car pretty easily.

Green?? I'd drop that wish and pick another alternate. Have only seen a few green 991.1's ever. Both coupes. One was used from P San Diego. One a friend bought new. Viper Green C4S coupe. Parnelli on RL.

Sooooo ... if ding free, no dice ???

Exactly!! This is a gorgeous 991 and it has hard to find manual, sunroof in glass, a rare and unique beautiful color, and beautiful Yahting Blue leather interior. Most of us can learn to heel and toe, if a manual tranny makes sense in our lives, and a great sport exhaust can easily be added at fairly low cost. This 991.1 has most of what many of us need. This looks like a huge find, for one of us Porsche lovers. It gets my vote for the HFS of the week award.
2015 Porsche 911 Carrera S, only $79,932!! with only 7,514 mi!!
Certainly the apparent best buy. Just do your due diligence if interested in buying...

Digging the yachting blue interior and sport seats...

Desperately needs a Sport Design steering wheel upgrade, but I like the white dials...

Also looks like somebody swapped in clear taillights? (see below) I don't see them on the build sheet. Not the right choice for this color though...

As an aside, I think the car in question isn't Gulf Blue, but rather Mexico Blue...

PTS Car for sale:

Gulf Blue:

Mexico Blue. (Another color that looks much better without machined aluminum-face wheels)
