Original buyers of these 13 2013 Club Coupes had to be Porsche Club members, worldwide, and had to win a Porsche lottery to get the right to be able to buy one of these at $168k here in the USA (my recollection). They certainly are as rare as hens' teeth!!

The one he is advertising is one of the "13" 2013 Club Coupes, but it is a manual tranny, one of only two worldwide. The other manual is a right hand drive Club Coupe in Asia. This one has 6800 miles and the only manual that is left hand drive in the world. It is collector perfect, and last I heard was asking $350. I saw it at a car show and it appeared to be flawless.

It varies by region (some agencies and shops don't report at all) and keep in mind, many accidents are never reported to Carfax. Carfax is a decent tool, but it is worth about what you pay for it.

It happens as soon as the official police report is completed, typically within 2-4 weeks. But this could vary by jurisdiction. That is my understanding...

Insurance companies only report stolen or totaled cars. Police does not report routine accident reports, and repair/body shops as I understand it report once a claim is submitted for payment or paid out of pocket.
this is from CarFax site:
CARFAX® receives data from more than 100,000 different sources including every U.S. and Canadian provincial motor vehicle agency plus many police and fire departments, collision repair facilities, auto auctions, and more.
The CARFAX database is the most comprehensive vehicle history database in North America, containing more than 17.5 billion records. Records included in each CARFAX Report reveal important information about a car’s history, such as an odometer reading, existence of a branded title such as a salvage/junk title, or past registration as a fleet vehicle. A CARFAX Report may not include every event in a vehicle’s history, but will include the data that is reported to CARFAX for a specific vehicle identification number (VIN).
Before you buy a used car, we recommend that you get a CARFAX Report, take a test drive, and have the vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic.

In a previous life I was director of data acquisition for the southeast for Carfax. We developed a free app for police departments to run VINS that would provide their accident data immediately. We also purchased and collected data from a gazillion other sources including insurance companies, Lexus and others. Many smaller police departments are still using paper for reports that get sent to their respective states (which they also buy). Those reports can be delayed. Carfax does not by any means have all accidents immediatly. It is data and all data available regarding 6 figure decisions is pertinent.
Not sure if its a great price but very cool build! Manual, Carbon Ceramics, PDCC, full leather, Burmester, LED headlights, Targa GTS. Basically all the awesome options:
MSRP was 175k and asking is 138k.

Nice looking Targa. I think $138K is going to be hard to get. Has 13K miles and a very high MSRP which depreciates a lot. More like a $125K car in my opinion. Even then, not like it's an easy sale.
Car is almost 4 model years old. 2020 992's are due out next year.
