Really, how do people expect to sell a car with an ad that says: "Price is firm, no offers. Must show proof of funds ready before meeting."
Sure, I'll just send you a copy of my bank statement before I set up our meeting.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't care how nice of a deal it might be; when I see a comment like this I immediately dismiss the ad and car.

Really nice looking white cab with that Sport Design pkg. It's really tough without the build sheet feature right now, but at least their website listed this:

You need to repost VIN. Don't think it will come up in a quoted post with a search?? Not 100% sure. Build sheet?? Oh yeah .... haven't read about the issues??

Thanks for finding the previous post on it. Good historical info.

Year over year or monthly numbers would be good to see if you have them.

I don't have #'s. Just make mental notes when doing searches how many total cars for sale.

Cars.com showing 449 >> 991.1 variants EXCLUDING BASE models. I do recall close to 600 at some point I believe. Don't recall anything lower than current number. You have a lot of high priced cars $90K+, and a lot of undesirable ones on the lower end. Just not seeing many solid builds right in the middle. Prices aren't going up, but the "deals" are less common as are great builds.

That’s gotta be the best deal on an S I’ve seen. By far. Like $15K under average pricing, according to that third party “valuation meter” linked from the ad. Wonder what the story is.

Yeah, not sure. Would have to investigate this dealer. Just was at Stevinson Porsche in Denver. Might be able to get some insight there if knowing anyone?? Has been maintained there a while. Lots of Porsche dealer service which is great.

Isn't HFS professor pfbz in Denver??

Notes:

NO Sport Chrono or PSE (big negative on the SC)

PDK

14 ways
Sunroof

Has front and rear park assist

Rotors look great

Pics look good

MSRP maybe just under $110K??

Overall, car doesn't get me too excited but seems priced fairly with mileage.
