Default Used PTS 991 Turbo S

There is a stunning used PTS 991 Turbo S with 650 miles, espresso/cognac deviate stitching, burmester, and adaptive cruise at Newport Beach Porsche. Asking 179,991. The dark green color is amazing... Looked metallic to me.

Salesman mentioned another used car that had just come with 500 miles was returned because the owner missed being able to see the engine. Don't know the story behind this return, but to be honest it may be one of the most attractive color combo's I've seen.... and very unique.

Looks like 'Oak Green Metallic' from a distance...like from here in Northern California. Color code 22L. Curiously, Walters in Riverside had one (same one?) for sale new a few months ago. Photo # 2. The plot thickens.

I can't find it on their web site, but that looks like Malachite Green to me. Nice look. Center lock wheels scary.

Eduardo beat mme and I guessed malachite on the Walters car (? same car maybe) as well. I'm not even trainable. The sticker say PTS, non metallic, but it's not the factor sticker.

$hit happens; divorce, illness, lose a job, car A.D.D. A local dealership here in the Chicago area, The Porsche Exchange, has a wealthy customer who buys and trades-in a couple different Porsches per month. Sometimes less than a tank of gas.

Yeah, I miss being able to see the engine too. Since about 1973. Dealer shoulda showed him a nice 67 911S. Then I suppose he'd complain about the engine compartment looking so empty…. okay, well how about this Veyron? Can't see out the back. What about that one over there? Sir, that's the one you just traded in...

Keith: Don't tell me you expect your typical sales person at a Porsche dealership to know, simply using his eyeballs & OEM brain, if a paint is a solid color or metallic? That would be asking way too much of that particular OEM equipment! By the way, sold on July 30th...at Riverside would be my guess!

Looks like malachite, to me the best color for a turbo.

Good point. I imagine they don't obsess over colors like I (we) do. Of course, I would want to shoot myself if I had to be familiar with Macan options.

Wow, that's a stunning car. The yellow calipers actually suit that color as well. Too bad I pick up my turbo cab in 5 days, might have considered this stunning vehicle. I hope someone gives this car a nice long term home.
