Needs paint correction. I recommend pressure washing, complete foam down, separate wash and rinse buckets, aww shoot just go read the Money trends journal.

I love factory painted hardbacks. Another option, for aftermarket is to have the seatback wrapped vs painted. Works for certain colors. Faster. Cheaper. Reversible.
If you want to see some awesome painted hardbacks, go visit the 993 Forum. Particularly Opo's cars and posts. FYI. A good set of 993 factory harback seats will set you back +$5,000.

No, 'Sapphire' is a lighter shade of blue. It looks perhaps like 'Dark Blue Metallic'.
