Any pics of monochrome black? Wonder how it differs from the normal black...
I like geyser grey. In the Porsche museum pics, it seems to drawing more attention from the crowd as well.

My Geyser Grey has been confirmed for Oct build and Dec delivery. Photos posted elsewhere from a display car confirmed it for me. IMHO its a great retro color, that looks original and unique, which is what I was looking for in a 911. Otherwise I would have ordered a 4S in any popular color. Decided not to get the sunroof as I wanted a clean roof not spoiled by any lines-that was pretty much my biggest decision to make on this - PDK, Chrono etc were easy decisions.

Nice pics. I'm set for the geyser too. Ironically my biggest debate is glass sunroof vs none. I've seen other pics in the forum where the glass roof looks amazing on white cars. I suspect it will look sharp on geyser too, but I'm torn between a clean look and a 'sharp' one.
Per Brett's response at Sonnen, it appears that his dealership is one of the first if not the first to receive their allocation and build dates.
Anyone else in the US receive their allocation and build date. I am wondering if there is a regional roll-out in the US.

I have an October build with November delivery in the midwest. I have finally decided to go with geyser gray and a steel sunroof to keep the lines clean. The color choice was hard until I finally saw live shots of the car in natural light. It may not be for everyone but that is okay.
Thanks for the update. It would appear that there is a regional roll-out in the US.
To my knowledge, no one in the Southwest has received allocations, build or delivery dates.
Have any other US customers received their build + delivery dates ?

there has been lots of talk on the exterior color - what are people's thoughts on the interior? It would seem that if you get black exterior that the black interior would look best. Graphite could look ok with either (but I would lean to black) and geyser would naturally go better with the agate interior.
My current order has geyser/agate, but i'm starting to think that a black interior may be more of a timeless color.

I saw both in Zuffenhausen and preferred the black/silver for graphite exterior. Agate wouldn't stand out enough relative to the graphite paint.Originally Posted by Preeble

Agate is probably the better choice for geyser, but you could also go black/silver with it.

IMO agate is just as timeless, if not more so, than black.Originally Posted by Preeble

agate has more depth and is far more interesting than black.
get the steering column casing and instrument surround in leather

I've ordered my 911 in graphite gray with the black leather interior. I think agate will look good with geyser, but black would be better. For black and graphite exterior, I would only go for the black interior. IMO, black should only be combined with black, graphite/agate would be too close to each other but still not really matching. Ok, I admit I'm a bit conservative when it comes to colors. Originally Posted by Preeble

Did one of you order the pepita seats? I truly think they would look great, but I don't want fabric seats in a car at this price. I think they would look dirty too soon.
By the way: I just found this ad for a 1969 911 in slate gray (with black interior). What a beauty. If my 911 50 will have just some of its class, I'll be more than happy!

Agate would be the obvious choice to take if you take Geyser exterior. That's also the way they are exposed in Stuttgart.
Graphite + black.
Geyser + Agate.
However... The Agate is too plain in combination with Geyser. I'm going for Geyser with Black interior.
If I'd taken Graphite I would've taken Black too, maybe If the exterior color was Black I'd take the Agate interior.
The Pepita is a no brainer. It belongs in the car. This car will not be the same with plain leather seats, it will be just another boring interior. That it's not full leather is the least of my problems. I'll love it in the summertime
