In a lease, Porsche doesn't own the car, the leasing company does.
Porsche is no better (and probably no worse) than BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc. especially if (as I understand it) there was no fault attributable to Porsche. They are not responsible - in any way - for their dealers.
