As a recent Rennlister, I enjoyed everything he contributed and the special way he provided his insights. Many had that pleasure over a longer course than me, but I'm thankful I had at least a bit of that time. I signed on most nights to see what he was writing - Whether it was some little known facts or reflections on a recent escapade written with wonderful articulation. Very sad to see him go. May Gary rest in pease.

I'm a recent Rennlist member myself but enjoyed reading his posts very much and looked forward to many more - he clearly touched many lives through his online presence and I'll certainly miss his wit here. My condolences to his family and friends.

Man this is STUNNING, Gary a fellow scientist and Engineer came up to visit us just a couple months ago, I rode in his panamera that he had as a loaner while he waited on his lovely white 991 Cab.
We spent all day talking about Porsches and my 4 chihauahaus just loved the man. Then after he got his
Cab, just gorgeous, with a lovely rich brown interior, we went down and had lunch with him in Lancaster, and I got a ride in his 991. I am floored and stunned. I had no idea.

Being relative new to rennlist community, I quickly found Gary's post pretty much show up on every question about Porsche with meticulous technical details broken down that a regular joe and understand. He will be a sad loss to the world of Porsche. May he rest in peace.
