It's perhaps because he used the YouTube tags in the editor, or because he used the short URL instead of the full youtube.com domain URL - I thought it was just my Safari refusing to parse the forum bbcode correctly. If you quote the post, the URL shows up and then copy/paste etc. Neat vid.

It was the YouTube editor. Here ja go: http://youtu.be/8aX163FTHTE

Merry Christmas.

By the way, the video is from National Geographic Channel I think. Porsche has never given that kind of access to its factory before. It's amazing.

That vid has ADHD.

I especially like the commentary to the effect that:

the car has an identity with "just three numbers, 911"

while the camera flits to the rear for a momentary display of:

PORSCHE
911 Carera S

ok ok I liked it anyway thanks for the link

I liked that alignment piece he was using to get the lettering centered. Oh what fun we'd have with one of those around here

Good entertainment !!

A factual error though.. the video is labelled as being about the 991 S, they discuss the engine has having lower displacement of 3.4 vs the older engine and they show the HP rating of 400hp as a caption. Confused journos again ...

Thanks! I enjoyed it too. It may not be flawless but it's a ba-jillion times better than Les Miserable that the family will force me to watch in a couple of hours. Oh my gods. I have to search for my flask. No way I'm watching that crap sober. Be back later.
