Default What did you do with your 991 today?

Saw this thread on the 997 forum and thought it was kind of fun...I searched and couldn't find something similar for 991. So let's see if it has legs. I'll start...

Did a quick wash outside in 100 degree temps. Now I have water marks all over the car. But, did I have fun? Yup.

Took some rubble to the dumpster. Yep, the cars are just as practical as the "magic everyday" commercials...

Lol, I like the idea of this thread. I stood scratching my head trying to figure out how to get to the oil filter so I can change the oil. Then I plugged in the trickle charger while thinking about the next track day.

Checked the position of the Cougar Ace and hoped that it could double its speed so it arrives in Davisville sooner.

Commuted to the work, left early to take the long way home (tree lined country road in the city along the Potomac), stopped by the dealer (closed all week without power) to shoot the bull and see what new stock they had, cleaned it up for cars n coffee tomorrow. Except for the work part a fine day!

Yah. I saw this done with the 997 and Cayman forums and it generated some interest. Let the tradition continue

Keeping water spots off of black in the summer in Houston is almost impossible. That's why I will never have another black car. I made rhat mistake once. They look great but are like heat sinks in the Summer.

Didn't have a chance to drive it today-busy with the family. But I did make sure that I took sometime out this am and evening to open the garage and stare at the detailed beast. Always brings a smile to my face.

Spourezza - your black 991 looks awesome. Does the AC in the 991 keep you cool in the 100 degree heat? Do you have ventilated seats? Looks like your interior is black also?

GTK about the ventilated seats.

I just lurked as I'm waiting out my time on my current lease.
