The S gets the 6-piston monobloc in the front with 4-piston monobloc at the back

The non S has 4-piston front and rear.

All disks are cross-drilled and internally vented
the non S gets
330 x 28 mm
330 x 28 mm

and for the S they are 10mm bigger and 6mm thicker for the fronts
340 x 34 mm
330 x 28 mm

Smaller rotors and calipers than 997 Turbo/GT3. Caliper appears to be the same caliper as the base Cayenne V6 models.

well, whoever who could hope to take off his custom 997 suspension and put it on a 991 is out of luck - it is all different.

The cars are becoming so needlessly complex, the roll bars for instance. What an inelegant solution. Can you imagine the headache these will be as 10 year old used cars?

Makes one think they might become like a 5 year old BMW 5 series/7 series...which is horribly complex as a used car
