front is sexy, back looks like it has a slight case of down syndrome (my apologies to any mentally handicapped members)
im glad i was right about delivery times, can't believe people were thinking 2013 launch will all the spy shots we've been seeing for a while.

Lookin' good, even with all the photo-camo. I'm interested to see the headlights as I've read for some time now that they're supposed to be more upright, and it's difficult to see the real things behind the camo.
I like the longer, lower profile with the seemingly more-flared rear from 3/4 views, but don't know about how smoothly the backlight and engine cover flow into the rear. It seems a little too plain now, but once uncovered that could change.
Thanks for posting, Riley.

I think the back is not only all bumper, it is ugly and how did they dare kill the profile shape. I mean the little bi that stick up in the back, kind of spoiler, is simply killing the usual 911 which is supposed to have a straight line from the roof to the rear bumper.
Also when you look the profile, the windshield seem to be a lot further in the front and make the middle part quite long.
At this stage, I really love the interior, but for the exterior, I think I'd buy a GTS instead, if only the lease residual on the GTS and money factor were not so awful...

the tail lights just look like a french mans mustache to me, tooo petite.
^^^ last year, i noted how my dealer told me they can be ordered in august and delivery in march-->may.... everyone thought it would be an additional year..
they are redoing the entire configurator i've been told to have like "ipad" like setups at dealers and should get all options for 991 in a month or so.... i wont probably order until may/june however...

the car does look bigger.
the wheels remind me of the gt3'd.
well, at least the new door mounted mirrors are nice.
i'll take the white gt3 rs 4.0 in the background please!

But as for the rest of the car, I think to the non-Porsche owner/enthusiast, they'll have a hard time telling this isn't a 997.3.

Agree. Not ready to trade in my 997.2 but only because it still gives me what I want, and will for some time, not because the new car is a turn off. I could definitely live with the new design. Also, thankfully, it's not so different that it makes our cars look dated in any way.
