It's amazing when you pull next to a 1980's Carrera and the size difference from the 997. They look like a toy!

well.... if my eyesight has not been lost - looks like (on blue car) that headlights are now oval, profile shows longer nose and the rear has eeeemmmmm mmm large bumper. heh not sure about the design - looks like half baked job - optically.

Does anyone find these 'spy shots' a little to obviously originating from Porsche headquarters as propaganda to generate buzz? I mean, someone happened to be in the right place in both the town and country to spontaneously snap good pics of a pending product? It humors me everytime I see something like this labelled 'spy shots'.

Profile of car is fine. Rear view will take some getting used to. OK, I'm over it.

I think once the badging is placed on it will help break this up, but generally I agree.

Yes, good point, and as I posted elsewhere, who paints a car SY and expects it to slide under the radar?!

Is it possible that the Blue car is a wide body and the Yellow is a Narrow?

The rear arches look a little different to me..

Are they going to gave two different bumpers now, one with a hole cut out for Euro plates and one for the rest of the world? That's not cost cutting.

I like it but frankly the high sills and lower looking roof line reminds me of... well...this:

Nice pictures. Thanks for sharing them. Both the front and back lights are hard to see. Over all it does not seem to be a drastic change. Looks like the sunroof is larger too. I am looking forward to seeing it at launch.

I like the new nose - lower and meaner looking fenders but something feels very lost here

front hood looks almost concave vs. convex traditional look. With the front fender flair it is looking quite "Ferrari-ized", especially the blue one in the shot with the RS
