Alright, I hate these threads, but now I'm making one.
I'm not good at valuing cars. Haven't really kept my finger on the pulse of the 991.2 sales either. Research puts me... all over the place. 60-140k.
I have a 2017 C4S in GT Silver, natural leather interior in Espresso, full leather interior (including vent slats), carbon fibre interior trim bits, glass sunroof, PDLS+, PDK, FAL, SPASM, 14-way heated+vented seats, heated multifunction wheel, sport chrono, sportdesign mirrors, rear axle steering, entry+drive, Bose... basically every option I'm immediately aware of except for the Burmester soundsystem, adaptive cruise, lane keep assist/warning, and 18way seats. It's got a number of the painted exterior options as well. MSRP was 157k.
~67k miles. Dealer serviced through 50k. PDK replaced for a rotational clunking noise (90% sure it was the clutches making the noise) at 50,220 miles. Post-50k work professionally done -- new rear tires at 51k, race shop alignment at 52k, rear left strut mount replaced 54k, shift lever replaced at 58k, APR stage 1 91AKI tune at 60k, both front axle inner CV boots replaced at 60k. The big 60k maintenance was DIY'd with receipts (and some pictures!). New engine and frunk struts at 66k. Needs new front tires, the outer shoulders are done.
It's a driven car, but it's largely pristine. Edge-wrapped PPF on the entire hood, as well as the bumper, fenders, and mirrors. 50% windshield tint, ~30% tint everywhere else. Driven year round in Minnesota. Underside is clean.
I was figuring it would be in the 90-96k ballpark, given 40-50k mile examples with far fewer features seem to be selling for more than that. Thoughts?
Also yes, it's probably for sale. Still trying to come to terms with this whole idea.

It’s a lovely car, very well specced. I don’t think your asking price is unreasonable but I think a lot of people will want lower mileage thus your market would be small. It’s lovely to see it used and enjoyed but that’s right around the mileage where these cars seem to get pricey to keep.
20-30k less than you think or what rennlist says. 4 991s owned in 5 years. Ask me how I know.
Even if you own a GT3. Minus 30-60k. The consumer doesn't make the money or come out on top. The dealers do.
Also 9/10 buyers, even private party will come at you with auction MMR numbers. A strange phenomenon.
Private party buyers will tire kick, waste your time, and ask you to do the most outrageous things upon sale/fund transfers when the time comes to make or close the deal.
Porsche dealers look to make 20k+ on every 911 they take in.
Realistically if you want to hand your keys over you're gonna get bamboozled.
You could get strong trade offers IF you're buying something that's going to get the dealer large gross profit margins. <-- read that twice and carefully. 9/10 times you'll get bent over on trade too. Your car will be CPO'd and listed for 15-30k over what you got on trade.
People need to be financed on these high dollar cars and you can't offer that privately.
Take it to a dealer, get offers, so you know the bottom of the range, then look at advertisements and figure a range for comparable cars, list it for $10k under what dealers are asking. It’ll be sold in a week. If you’re not getting any bites it’s too high. Ask what dealers are asking and it will sit for 3 months.
Great spec car. GLWS. Person to person, I'd list for $75k (or $78 if you want to walk it back down to 75). Wholesale or trade to a dealer is pretty terrible these days. As others have said, the dealers seem to be expecting to net $20k+ profit these days. Best bet is here, PCar, or C&B.
It's such a fine line you have to walk too. Price it too high and you'll get no interest. Price it too low and you may not get interest either because someone may assume something is wrong with it.
Sorry if I missed it, but why are you selling? Seems you've got your blood, sweat and tears into it. Super nice car!
I will just add that do go to multiple dealers if possible.
My local dealer, one that has had my business for years, offered me a ridiculous $76K for my 28K mile 991.1 GTS PDK at the Peak of Covid era. Still have No clue what their buying manager was thinking that day. I traded the car to another dealer 12 days later for $108K.. crazy delta between the 2 offers. Just do your homework and dont et a low baller get you down or make a false baseline for you
