Possible Odometer Rollback?

Possible Odometer Rollback?
Recently purchased a beautiful 2017 991.2 GTS with very low mileage from one of those dealerships that buys and sells used exotic cars. Odometer was reading just under 10,000kms. Few months later, decided to call my local Porsche dealership to ask inquire when my warranty will expire. The rep gave me the date when warranty expires (early 2022) but also mentioned that the car was last serviced at a Porsche dealership on late 2019 and it was a "30,000km Service". This got me confused as the odometer reads much lower. I thanked the rep and ended the convo there. I do have a carfax which shows mileage in 2020 at around 8000km. However, all the records before 2020 have the mileage blank.
The car itself looks great; the exterior and interior show no signs of wear and tear. There's no rock chips or scratches in the paint and the front end is PPF wrapped. Seat bolsters still look new. Car came with new tires which the dealer told me previous owner changed just before selling.
I'm looking for advice on what I should do at this point. I'm scared to bring the car to the Porsche dealership as they could determine that the odometer was tampered with and record it which would ruin resale value. any advice would be appreciated.

Most likely the 30,000KM service was done based on time rather than mileage. That's very normal for these cars as a lot of them have low miles. Given it's a 2017, I'd say that's not a red flag at all and you have nothing to worry about.

30km service is also after... 4 years, I want to say. The owner's manual should outline the miles and timelines for major service appointments.

Many cars have 20K, 30K and even 40K service based on "Time" since in-service date.. and not mileage.. but its listed as 20K or 30K instead of "4 year" or "2 year" service. My car only has 26K but had its 20K service at 8500 miles and 40K service at 22K miles
No need to worry about a roll back unless you see a document/report like carfax that lists actual mileage higher than your current mileage

Ah that would make sense. Thank you!

If the service was done at a dealer, they would have recorded the actual mileage in the service record. That info should be easy enough to obtain without having anyone inspect your odometer, and should put your mind at ease. That said, I agree with the other posters saying the service was performed due to time elapsed rather than mileage accumulated. Enjoy your new car, I too have a 991.2 GTS(4) and I'm predicting many glorious drives in your future.

Keep in mind the OP said 30 km, not 30K. 30 km is about 20K miles, which would correspond to about the 2 yr service interval, which is usually just oil, cabin filter and brake flush.

Go to dealer and ask the to verify with PIWIS for piece of mind. But as others stated, 30k service was done due to age, ie 4 years and not actual km driven

As suggested, I contacted my local dealership and asked them to provide the odometer reading from that "30K Service" that was done back in 2019. They were quick to respond that the odometer reading at that time was in fact approx. 6000km. This confirms what you're all saying, that the service was done based on time (2 years) rather than distance. Thanks everyone for the helpful advice! My mind is at ease!

I did my 60K service at 20K based on time, not miles. 99% sure that's your deal too. It's not a Ferrari (other famous thread where F-car dealers can rollback with a factory computer, and do !!!), you cannot roll it back on the 991 that I know of (at least not easily, I imagine a change of ECU maybe).
