Nothing good comes from taking a Porsche to a car wash.

I haven’t taken my personal cars to a mechanized car wash for decades. Now, work cars are different story.

I use the worx hrdro shot 40v, strong enough pressure, I can use a 5 gal jug of water and pretty much clean the car with it, with or without soap. For those that don't have a house, but a condo, you can hook up the PW to it with a hose it comes with to wash the vehicle.

I stopped using the full size leaf blower because I accidentally sand blasted my car too many times. This little guy is light, has a soft rubber tip and I can direct the air flow exactly where I want it. It is cordless and I find I use it all the time now. Anyone want a full size leaf blower?

"sand blasted"

How does sand get inside a blower?

A regular size leaf blower is great for the top part of the car. If you dip the tube below horizontal you can accidentally blow particulate towards the paint. This little guy minimizes that risk while having the benefits of being light, not being overly powerful, has a soft flexible nozzle that won't scratch your paint if it comes in contact, and it won't fight you like a fire hose. I can not only do the top part of the car and direct air into all the seams of the Targa top without getting on a ladder, I can also do the wheels and rocker panels without "sand blasting" dirt up from the ground. Take my opinion for what it is worth, but no, I don't think anyone here would load their leaf blower up with sand and turn it on their car and call it an accident. It might be an alternative to ordering Porsche Patina to Sample! (best April fools day video so far)

Master Blaster is not cheap but excellent, especially to reduce rust on steel rotors.

With a PH Neutral soap such as Adams, it's actually better to let the soap sit on your car than the water. The soap will help prevent water spots.

I am shocked at how intact the car remains
