Thank you @Bemo - Now i need to wash it and then correct the tire pressure - (even though I asked them not to check the air in the tires they are all currently ~40psi)

Delivery day: April 27, 2016, 8:10am.

Delivered from Suncoast in Sarasota, FL. I wish I had picked it up at the dealer, where I could have enjoyed looking at other shiny metal.
Instead, I got stuck with the meanest Russian truck driver on Mother Earth.

He started the night before when he called me to confirm delivery. When I asked what time he planned on being here, he said he didn't know because he couldn't guess when he'd wake up! Laughing that off, here comes the next morning when I get a call at 7:45am and an impossibly thick Russian accent declares: "I have a caR foR you."
I get excited and run out, only to see the delivery truck 5 houses down. When I inquire whether they can pull up by the house, the asswipe tells his sidekick, Grisha, who looks and acts like Sméagol on crack, "close tRuck dooR, customeR gonna pay for poweR lines we Rip," obviously implying that the truck doesn't have the necessary height clearance.
Now I'm pissed but manage to calm us down and proceed to accept delivery, bank check in hand. Off comes the wife and she starts to question a perceived scratch on the rear fender. Answer given, in said obnoxious accent: "Ma'am, my caRs diRty, neveR scRatched!"
At this point, I want to strangle the ****, while laughing uncontrollably....but I digress.

Hope you enjoyed my delivery picture and story.

2016 4 GTS MT delivered last Friday. Slight delay due to traffic but overall very timely and delivers quicker than expected.

Arrival day... hoping that everything looked ok having never seen the wheels or even a 991 Targa in the flesh previously. Happy day, that is for sure! I gave the honor of letting my wife drive the car first, before I even sat in it. She didn't miss a shift and was just as excited as me. Now she has done 3 track days (and I'm searching for new tires). It really was a happy day. Thanks AFK for sharing and making us relive the experience with you.

Mine - April 2019 still on the truck. I had to go to the local mall because the truck wasn’t going to be able to get to my house along winding roads.
