I picked up a 2014 C4S 7MT Cab last week in the mid 80's after looking for quite some time. I was originally buying a .2 GT3 pre covid and I literally got sick (Was told Flu, not Covid) the day I was flying out to see and buy the car. I was dealing with a great guy and I felt terrible but everything changed and I now needed a car I can fit the kids in the back, not just a weekender. My car was a $144k sticker and I probably paid the top dollar for it but the search gets old. Moral of the story, you see something you like, jump on it. You can of course wait but you can wait until you're 6' under too.Good luck!

Agree. I paid up 2 years ago as it had all the key options, i.e 4S, full leather beige, sports exhaust, chrono, nav, platinum wheels, and sports design kit. With miles under 10k, I just went for it and hopped on a plane from Chicago to LA. Quite different from any other car buys.
It ain’t easy on the stomach to pay up. But I haven’t seen a similarly spec’d car since.

I also think it depends on the market. I had my 2013 C4S cab listed for sale for a month at $60k on Autotrader and had a few nibbles but no one serious. The car is white with beige interior; PDK transmission, power steering plus, multi-function wheel, 14-way sport seats, heated & ventilated, Bose audio package w/ cd-changer and hard-drive, satellite radio, Bluetooth, premium-plus package, Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), Porsche Stability Management System (PASM), comfort access, auto dimming mirrors, homelink, interior light package, updated navigation map, never smoked in, garage kept, covered under Fidelity platinum warranty until 9/2021, sport techno wheels w/ summer tires (and Carrera S wheels with winter tires), clear turn signals), 48k miles, only dealer serviced (including recent 40k service in 2019). Since I didn't need to sell it, I just kept the car and continue to enjoy it.
Why don't you just put your current asking price and you would have a free ad.
Sounds like lots of people are rediscovering owning a home and cars. And, according to some reports, gun sales are also up.

I think right now it's just a simple case of folks not venturing out to buy new things and sitting on what they have. Nobody wants to deal with travel issues particularly to look at cars, and also they don't want to deal with people looking at cars they may want to sell. It definitely effects the pipeline. There's still a good supply of the higher priced models out there. There's always been higher demand at the lower price points, and that's where you really see it right now.

I have never seen a bank car in a funeral procession... Enjoy it while you can enjoy it.
