Mine was an early 18 ( oct 17 built) for the water pump.
Looks like the pump problem has been reduced, but still present,

28k on my ‘17. One air/oil separator and both headlights (delamination) replaced under warranty. I drive the car pretty hard just about every time I take it out. Never tracked it but wouldn’t be afraid to.

20k on my 17 991.2 . I have a neighbour that is a Porsche tech instructor I believe, and stated these have turned out great. 20k and no issues or rattles. I've not babied it and this might be the key. The car likes to be shagged.

My early ‘17 991.2 C2 has 33k miles and I’ve had 4 issues:
1 - water pump at 9k miles
2 - fuel leak at 13k miles
3 - broken exhaust hanger at 18k miles.
4 - replaced engine cover struts at 20k miles

I had my 991.1 C4S for 3.5 years and nearly 53k miles on the ODO.
Absolutely no problems.
Changed the oil and other wear items per the service interval notifications on the PCM.
Only thing that knocked the car out of service was being T-boned while merging onto the freeway by a pickup going over 75 mph.

HA! All baby mileage here. My very first 911 was a 1970 E and I was 23 years old. I drove that car like it was a free ride and at 120,000 miles has to do just a little work on it. New transmission synchros, new valve guides, and new cam chain tensioners. That was it. Then I drove it another 112,000 miles without ever fussing on. When I sold the car at 232,000 miles on it, the engine was solid, and I was still on the original clutch. That care was like a Toyota Tacoma.- you couldn't kill it. The fact that it was so light also meant it was easy on suspension components, too. I'm on my 5th Porsche now (2014 991S) but have no where near those kind of miles.

yeah, I'm well aware of the legendary reliability of the early 911s.... but surely someone on here as a 991.2 that's seen at least 100K or more... right? 😂

My 3 year old 2018 C4S has about 15k miles. No major problems. Water pump is fine. I have squeaks and rattles on bad roads. Nothing untoward otherwise. I do have electrical gremlins. Comfort access sometimes won't work, rear camera sometimes doesn't come on and carplay won't connect. Random events. My car doesn't seem to make max boost but no error codes so dealer can't do anything.
I have owned other European brands and most seem to start running into bigger problems in the 7th and upwards years of ownership. Maybe a warranty for long term ownership. Mostly my concerns are about electrical problems down the road which seem related to age than mileage.

Spoke to the head of development for the twin-turbo 3.0-liter flat six for the 991.2 Carrera range during the press intro. Asked what the biggest challenge was, he was quick to say packaging—particularly with the narrow body cars. Asked if the eventual packaging had him worried about longevity with heat from the turbos, he said no—that they had run wild numbers of kilometers at ultra-high speeds for long periods at a time, then pulled straight off the autobahn for gas and a snack…purposely cooking the cars. He wasn't worried to what customers would do to them after that.

For no defensible reason, I got a 60k 6yr platinum fidelity because it was under $2k at <10k miles. It's transferable and those funky electrical issues pop up. It leaves an overlap of the current new car 4yr warranty of one year, but the price goes exponential after 10k.

I always thought there was no price incentive to buy it before the 50K warranty ends... you saying getting it before 10K was way cheaper?

Check pricing, it goes up steeply with mileage. For $2k I get to 9yrs, I'll never get to the mileage limit.
Holy Moly, $180k for a 992 S !

36k on 17 C2S. I do about 10k a year daily driving. Only things I've had to do is battery, water pump, tires, and the left rear seat latch. Car is rock solid and very dependable to this point. Oh, on occasion the PCM acts a bit goofy.

So,what you are really asking if the person that drove 100k in 2.5 years would please step up and answer you query. This individual has no time to be on this forum since they are driving 40k/year. 😉
