Yes, it will work. I just didn't want to post about it until we had dyno figures cause it's a bit different than the regular Carreras.
The larger turbos on the GTS with the JB4 make a potent mix

No flash, plug and play. Remove when needed for service

I'll post my thoughts and an install guide once I get it.
Thanks Aatish! I'll do my best to make sure it goes out today.

Time to get one for the Porsche

The install guide is very thorough but it can be tricky. The Carrera is a big more tight and compact compared to the Turbo/S models, but it's the same deal.

How safe it is lets say on map 1 or 2 for engine on CA fuel(shell v-power?).
I still have 4 years of warranty don't want to f**k it up. Porsche woodland hills doesn't seem tune friendly.

Should be okay and fairly conservative for those maps on 91 only. Splash a bit of e85 if you ever feel concerned or send us a log to evaluate for you
I run map 1 no issues on my 991.1 turbo S with 91 only.

I'm still contemplating going stage II with COBB then I saw this product. Does the JB4 have a function/setting to recognize the three mods I have: high flow cats, headers, and BMC filter? I have a GTS. Thanks in advance.

Yes, the JB4 basically auto detects modifications and will tune on the back end accordingly. You just choose the maps based off octane and how much power you want at the moment

Does the bumper and/or the spoiler have to be off for installation? When will the dyno be released for the GTS?

I'm an early and very happy adopter of the JB4 for my 991.1TT. If you guys are considering this, spring for the Bluetooth Connect so you can get access to the app and log in real time!
Solid product/platform that yields' SOLID gains! Been using JB's for damn near a decade and it's been bulletproof.

Bumper does not, but the spoiler off will make things easier. No ETA for dyno results on the GTS, are you local to us?

Thanks Kenny! I'm glad you're loving the power gains on your 991.1 Turbo.

It's not legal for sale or use in California at this time, sorry.

Are people really going to follow that install procedure every time they take their car in for service? Damn!

I mean, not as bad with BMW but still pretty involved.
Did it for 1.5 years before switching to flash.

Through the engine cover isn't bad. Probably will take 45 minutes max.
