Default 991 rear wiggle

Hello folks,
‘I keep reading in reviews etc how the Porsche rear will wiggle in turns which is supposedly fun ?. I never experienced it , does it happen when you push a 911 hard in turns and lift ?

is it it easy to replicate a wiggle ?

I was just thinking about it this morning. Mine never did. But I didn't push to 10/10 in normal driving. Between PDCC, RAS and, in my case, AWD - Porsche pretty well dialed that out. Some of that may also be due to a neutral OEM spec alignment. I have a 993 C4S now with a little extra camber dialed in and I can definitely feel the back end want to move a little and it's easy to tell that the engine is in the back. You can use that momentum to swing (not slide) the car around, which is a cool feeling. It's a primitive way to handle a car - Porsche's new way is probably way faster and more efficient. But not as fun, IMO.

Huh...I've done lots of autocross and some track time in a 991.1 and would never say I felt a wiggle. I've pushed hard enough to do 180s in AX too. Now I did have a 4S which has the 305s so maybe that makes a difference in settling it down a bit?

Drive faster, turn harder when back slips small you’ll feel it as it gets back in Line.

I felt this when on the power hard coming out of a tight turn. I thought it was maybe PTV directing torque to one side, but think it might just be normal handling characteristics. It isn't unsettling, rather it's fun! I don't have RAS.

RWD, Carrera T. I'm talking about coming out of a sharp turn in say 2nd gear, bring in full power as you unwind. It's not power oversteer though, feels more like it plants itself and wiggles with weight transfer.

The only time I get any rear wiggle on the C4S is when the tires are almost dead.

I've felt the wiggle... Sport plus, around a bend, give it the shoe... It will wiggle.
