So to actually close on this, you would need to clear the title first with the lender.
That is all assuming we agree on price - my view 67K even.
To handle this properly, one of two things can be done.
1) You pay off the lender & secure the title.
I then pay you with a cashiers check for the negotiated amount.
OR
2) One can use an escrow company as the middle man. This will add cost.
Suggest Option 1...

Based on what I see, in terms of comps, it would seem that $67,000 even is fair for a private sale.
That said, a few questions:
Is the Title Clear? No outstanding liens?
Is the CarFax is clean?
Most recent service & inspection?
Any chips or other ugly? I assume not.
