I recently installed this on my 991.2, made a video complete with sound readings from a DB meter. Info in this thread. I own loud cars and I don't consider this to be one of them. This system is not overly loud. Sounds awesome when you are on throttle and very tame the rest of the time. I am really impressed.
( I am not affiliated with SOUL nor am I am professional sound tester. My sound readings are taken with inexpensive equipment and may not be highly accurate but I feel it gives a good idea of before and after noise)

Thanks for the info! I'm just a little gun shy with exhausts ever since I got pulled over for my v8 being too loud haha. Wanna stay out of trouble.

Since I have PSE, it means that valve closed, I would have the same results as you?

I would think mine now is the same as PSE with valves open all the time but you would need to confirm that with SOUL.
I have the S model. Not sure what you have and what the sound difference would be with a base or GTS model.

The PSE factory muffler is essentially a straight pipe with valves open, so our Sport Cats with factory PSE Muffler it is relatively comparable to our complete Non PSE Street Package (Sport Cats and X-Pipe). I'm confident there are some intricate sound differences due to our Non PSE being an X-Pipe configuration and having longer exhaust travel than the PSE center muffler valves open, but that would be pretty tough to tell without the cars back to back with each other.

I can’t say enough good things about the quality and sound of SOUL’’s products. I have the long tube street headers with sport cats in my S, and it sounds phenomenal. The customer service you get with SOUL should be taken into consideration too. As you can see, I’m a happy camper.
