I really fell in love with the monochromatic chalk look. Mine is awaiting pickup at the dealership in 3 days. Can't wait. Also love the chalk with graphite blue interior. Crazy $$$ to paint plastic pieces though.

Haven't seen in one in person, but chalk looks like a flat off white. Hard to see what is so exciting about that.

GT silver also isn't exciting, I got my GT silver 991.2 GTS because it is a daily driver and it hides dirt (much better than my former white Cayman GTS). And the way I drive on the interstate, I don't want to stand out any more than I already do.

If I were brave I would have ordered carmine red or a yellow or PTS green, not a shade of white or silver. In the end they will all look good, though.

That’s what makes life interesting, my man. Imagine a world where every Corvette is driven by a gray haired old fart Caucasian. Oh wait....

We saw one in person -- and that's why we bought it! The color continues to get compliments from people. And we're not partial to dull flat colors -- our Boxster is yellow.

I've seen two in person and I think Chalk on the 911 is truly beautiful. Seeing them gave me a long pause for thought before my freeze date. Ultimately, because I like flying under the radar (inasmuch as a 911 can fly under the radar), I also went with GT Silver for my incoming GTS.

Every other vehicle I've bought was black. So this actually represents somewhat of an adventurous departure for me, color-wise. Could be a real Pandora's box thing and my next car might be grello. Or maybe I'll revert to form and wind up getting it wrapped in matte black.

My chalk GT3 in various lighting. I had an agate grey C4S before. This car gets so many compliments on the color. Choose what you like, but the chalk is a bit more exotic or expressive without being flashy.

Chalk is tough to photograph unless you check the exposure to what you see with your eyes before taking the picture and adjust exposure settings accordingly

i saw chalk coupes and they look great especially in gts trim . I also saw a Chalk 991 turbo S with blue top and it looked exotic , chalk goes well with black top and red interior /carmine gts interior or chalk with blue top and with graphite blue interiors and rhodium gts interior

chalk looks closer to white in bright sun and almost milky white when overcast, at night it can look like fashion grey

I'm hoping it's one of one (w/ the CXX options) because ^^ it's mine!

It wasn't close for me-chalk looks like dirty white to my eye.

My last 3 P-cars were Guards Red and I was actually thinking of getting it again this time but I decided to get something different, and Caulk was on the short list, but Miami Blue was the winner. If I had to do it again I would do it the same way but Caulk would still be a contender.

I went with chalk finally and have no regrets. It looks like a different car every time I walk up to it depending on the light. I absolutely love it.

Both colors are amazing in my opinion, if you prefer an understated look.
