Today I heard that there is no more production of 991.2 cars in EU.
The last orders where for Dec 2018 production therefore no matter if you want to spec one 991.2 T, S, base, GTS, GT3 you cannot.
I was surprised that 991.2 GTS cannot be ordered and I have been told that as major upgrade take place from 991 to 992 all the models have to be stopped.
It was slightly different between 991.1 and 991.2 transition period and in the past you had the option to order a 991.1 GTS during 991.2 base production.
I insist that as soon as .1 and .2 models will be separated very informative results will come out for P cars and hype during Porsche in the last 4 years.
Also will be quite interesting to add the price for each model to see how the basic price has been significantly increase in the last 4 years.
My dealer has an allocation for the GTS Coupe right now, and he told me yesterday that he can probably get an allocation for most 911 variations by trading with other dealers. And there are some here with March 2019 builds.

Targa 4 GTS is a sweet ride to have and hold........
lots of 4Ss........
I concur! (for obvious reasons)
I'd love to see what the number is for the 991.1 with a manual transmission.
I think that the 991.1 Targa GTS came out as a 2016 model and by 2017 it was a 991.2 with the new engine.
This would make it the only year for a naturally aspirated Targa 4 GTS; at least in the U.S.
Can anyone not in politics confirm or deny?
Do you think that might have something to do with the difference in demand?
For sure...demand is incredibly strong for GT3 cars. But what is not known is whether it's real consumer or flipper demand. Whereas, GTS demand is pure real customer demand.
