Is this a new warning?

NOTE: Stock and OTS maps are not compatible with iPE Exhaust systems or other exhausts with manually controlled exhaust valving due to the potential for poor performance or damage if the valve is in the incorrect position.

v105/6 has been great for me, i prefer the smoother driveability over raw power delivery of previous maps

Noob tuner type question. I have a 911T and would be satisfied with GTS level power. Can you run Stage 1 tune with HFCs and maybe headers? Or do you have to map Stage 2 tune once you've made the exhaust changes? Thanks!

With those modifications you can run either Stage 1 or 2.

Had this done in July when it was around 95+ outside (stock other than tune) - just a T:

Not happy about the tune being neutered but, if it cant drive well then it isnt worth sh..t anyway, so I guess they did what they had to do,

My car was spot on perfect with a pro tune on the original maps, but just wouldnt shift from 3rd to 4th or was it 4th to 5th?
In any case, it wouldnt shift out of just one gear. If I was able to tweak just that one shift point the car would have been a monster..
It's 3rd to 4th. My car is a monster. But this happens intermittently with my car. Its like it approaches redline in 3rd, and goes to change into fourth, it dips the clutch, pauses and then selects 3rd again, and as it has dropped about 1,000 rpm, it re-revs out to redline in 3rd, and then selects 4th normally.

It only happens very occasionally with my car. I am wondering if its traction control. I turn traction half off. This weekend I will try traction fully off at the track and see if the problem happens again.

The problem does not occur if I shift manually. Only ever in Sport+ mode on the track. I can never seem to recreate the issue whilst I have the COBB plugged in. It has happened maybe 6 times in 2 years. It's why I think it could be traction control cutting in.

I've had no luck with traction on, PSM sport, or PSM off. I have a Mitch pro-tune with 3 maps. The 93 map is 562hp/538tq and still misses the 3rd-4th shift half the time, even after a PDK relearn. The 91map (542hp/502tq) has not missed the shift since the relearn, and is smooth and strong- 91 map does 7.66sec 60-130, and 130 in the quarter I think there's a PDK torque limit that can not be exceeded until someone comes up with a PDK tune.

Ideally, a pro-tune. If using a COBB Off The Shelf map, then Stage 2. The Stage 2 is for a car with high flow cats and exhaust. As you also have headers, the tune will still leave a chunk on the table, but you'll still gain a TON.

Thx
I didn’t feel huge gains after the headers but was told with a tune it would be strong. My buddies gt3rs 17 2-3 are close but winding out 3rd and 4th he walks away. I gotta get this tune and hurt his feelings

Is this a Cobb OTS tune? And if so what map version? v105? Earlier?

PSE + cats is fine for stage 2

I still think its funny that 3 of us (me, 4 point 0 and fsmich) all have the issue of shifting from 3rd to 4th on the original maps with pro tunes, yet the only solution from Cobb was to significantly dial back the performance of the tune to eliminate it. We were all asked to do a PDK relearn which did absolutely nothing. Traction on and off also did nothing.

It doesnt happen when shifting manually but, if you want to use launch control then you have to let the car do its thing and it sucks to lose so much power (8%) because they cant tweak just one shift point..
