Yes, the spacers are 12mm and the new rotors are 350mm. On the brake pads in the rear: the base and S use the same rear caliper but a different profile pad. It should also be said that although the size of the rear rotors on base and S are the same size, the rotors are different. The front calipers are different therefore the pads are not interchangeable.
