1. Get Braided/Steel lines
2. Up grade your brake fluid to at least a 600, or if heavy track use Castrol SRF. (Its expensive per litre, but you don't need much.)
3. Next is a pad up grade
4. Then a rotor upgrade
5. If you are still not happy with any of those, you will need a full BBK.

I am wondering if I can use 380 GT3 rotors and pads with my GTS 6 pots?
Sounds like you need to brake less and carry more speed into the corner. I think most of us are just just wished the T came with S brakes and we're looking to satisfy that urge.

Tell that to the guy in the AMG GTS in front of me LOL. I can't run up the back of him, so I have to brake harder. LOL

Sounds like your problem is cooling and I suggest you research what cooling duct is best for the GTS. The GT3 comes with them but GTS does not.
Bigger rotors won’t fix your overheating issue without proper cooling.

I did 1, 3 & 4 to my vehicle.

Nice, cooling ducts. Did you install them?
If yes, what are the part numbers?

The ducts are OEM. All I did is clean them.

In the PET system the items are called “Spoilers.” Here are the part numbers. There are two numbers for L & R. You just have to choose the right part for your vehicle. Some are for Boxers and others for the AWD, S and GTS, etc.

Rear Suspenion Part List

Rear “Spoiler” or Brake Air Duct.

Front “Spoiler” or Brake Air Duct.

May be easier said than done. Fwiw, a recent run on the loop with a T on the standard brakes surprised me: They were up to the task. I suspect the Tenerife car had pads that weren't bedded in...kinda like a 718 GTS here in CA two weeks ago. Maybe the margin for bedded//not bedded is thinner with the turbo engines. Still looking into it.
Hey Pete, break temps aside, do u notice any difference in stopping distance between base brakes and big reds in the .2's?

Nah, but that's usually a function of tire grip. Though I didn't encounter smell in northern California like I did in Tenerife, or a longer-ish pedal like I did in France, I still wouldn't mind more cooling and/or bigger rotors. Or, if the right rotors exist, a rotor/pad change to CCB rotors. If I am dreaming, they'd be GM parts, because the prices sure are right.

Thanks! Maybe just ducts/pads/fluid/lines is the way to go for a low budget solution.

I remember reading somewhere that RAS T's already had the ducts.
