Nicely done on the weight savings, and on sneaking 19s over RAS and PCCBs as the stock 20s barely clear my calipers. Ti bolts, plate frame delete, front plate sticker, etc etc…talk about commitment. Have you considered front bumper grille slat/motor delete & mesh screens a la @polobai ? I'm guessing your class won't allow you to run GT3 Cup doors, but I suppose one could give you a hard time about those heavy Carrera T side stripes.
Re: a fixed rear decklid, I understand the rear spoiler does triple duty between aero, cooling, and feeding the intercoolers at various speeds. Curious for your take as I suspect you've studied the subject?
I'm also curious how many more pounds can be saved? 2975 is only 20~ pounds over our old 2.5-liter 986, which was a far simpler car with 201 hp, 181 lb-ft, no turbos, no intercoolers, a 5-speed transmission, and smaller everything else (wheels, tires, brakes, creature features, etc). Now trying to remember how much fuel was in that 986 when I weighed it…

^ This might be the coolest T. Love the focus of this car, and guessing it will decimate a well-driven GT3 RS on anything other than a circuit?

Vis-a-vis the rear spoiler replacement, it would appear there are two options: 1. A one piece replacement for the engine grill and moveable spoiler like the GT3 or 2. the much simpler replacement of the moveable spoiler (removing the spoiler and actuators) with a ducktail.. In the case of #2 it would appear that the Turbo based Sport Classic has shown the way and that a competent composite artist (which I am clearly not) could fabricate one fairly easily using a 991.1 ducktail as a starting point and modifying the front edge allowing intercooler cooling airflow to resemble the Sport Classic ducktail. Then a visit to a friend of OOO's wind tunnel could let us know if the addition of a 911R undertray diffuser was necessary to augment rear downforce.

Maybe because it's likely harder than it appears? Or maybe the market really isn't there? Or maybe they just don't want to make the investment? I was equally perplexed as to how all the major wheel manufacturers like BBS, and OZ, made a few different wheels for the 991.1, then gave the middle finger to the 991.2 variant. This is why the Apex offering has done well. Besides them, it's only $10K+ offerings from companies like HRE that will work. I'm guessing the cost to develop a 991.2 ducktail solution is higher than we all think.

@Grantsfo any thoughts to the, albeit expensive, replacement of hood with carbon fiber and engine lid with the 911R carbon fiber piece? I also thought there were some carbon fiber hinges out there as well for the latter. Your modifications have been so extensive those might be the only obvious next step. Bravo either way on your potent T!
