Its a plesure to help or give our experiance. For me this was the biggest car purchase ever so this forum has been a great help. I still have 4/5 weeks to go to get mine so its hard waiting but i am sure it will be worth it ! Matt

The Bose stereo is more than adequate for a T in my estimation, particularly given the lack of sound insulation in this car. Its beutifully noisy in these cars. Enough so that my 9 year old asked me to turn off the stereo on day one of owning the car because the caucophony of noises bothered her.
I guess my point there is, save the money on stereo and spend on LED lights. They add real driving benefit.
I can't see the point in the enhanced power steering in a T, it kinda goes against the ethos of the car. The standard steering is a delight.
My observations come from having had my car for only 2 days but having taken a sensational 75mile drive all over the Marin headlands north of San Francisco in early morning fog. Sensational car!

Chris, I would spec LED lights ahead of alcantara. They have real driving benefit and include integrated fogs which I'm quite sure are not included in the bixenons.

Thanks for the notes! I only added the Power Steering Plus because my SA was so adamant about it. That and I am coming out of an R8 that sure could have used it. I'll definitely check on it. I am on the fence on the Alcantara wheel/shifter. I really like it, but I don't know that I $910 love it I think I definitely want the Burmester though, even at it's inflated price. While I agree that I will almost never use it around town, this car will do a little touring, so it will be nice on highway drives. Just like the PCCBs, I won't ever need to upgrade it.
My biggest question is still color. While I love black, I have had a black car before and know the kind of fun exterior maintenance can be. Although with the new ceramic coatings, this should be a little less (maybe a lot). My other color choices are Carrara White and Red. And then of course to pick the right interior to go with it. I love the interior I picked though so will try to stick there - not sure if it really goes with a Guard Red car though.
I am also on the fence on the LEDs. Nothing wrong with Bi-Xenon and it saves $2700. I'll probably drop the extra Dashboard Trim in Leather ($1,770) as well. Not really needed.

heard on this forum somewhere the LEDs weigh more
... guess it depends what your purpose for the car is ...

If you do, would you mind sharing the last 4 digits? I'm researching how many T's are being made for the US MY2018 and most likely yours may be one of the very last 2018's made.
With your VIN I should be able to more accurately estimate production.
Thanks!
