Default Just Ordered today

Just ordered T today, April/May delivery. Bellevue, WA dealership told me I got the last allocation in NA. Don't know if that's true, but I am glad I got it.

Congrats! I'd, and I'm sure others as well, would be interested in seeing your specific dates. Did you get a Porsche Vehicle Management System schedule from your SA? If so, please post that Bad Johnson! Thanks and welcome to the T-eam !

@ S S, I am going back and fourth....they are cool as hell for sure, but my wife will also drive the car. Our size discrepancy makes them a bit nonsensical though. Some adjustable seats would better serve us. Gotta throw out some love, first Porsche, the T crew has been super friendly and helpful along the way. Appreciate the insights and experiences being shared. Look forward to actually driving the **** out of it and pulling into my garage.

FWIW the LWBs are adjustable front to back and up and down. My wife has no trouble making the adjustment and she is a whole lot more graceful getting in and out as well!

All I have received so far is just confirmation email from SA of the preliminary build. I am thinking I should go with LED headlights instead of Bi-Xenon. Any thoughts out there?

And you can have fun with alternative seat covers for the seat inserts. They are easy velcro removal, just like the factory alcantara cushion covers. I have Pepita Houndstooth (911R/918 style) arriving soon, can't wait...

My car build (also from Bellevue Porsche) included the Black LED lights, I love them, especially cool the auto dimming feature when winding around the hills and trees at night and when you pass an oncoming car, or catch up to another car. They dip until just the right moment to reactivate the brights.

Christopher, happy to let you see on my car in person. I'm in Issaquah. PM me if you want to connect.

I've had the buckets on a few GT cars, including my current GT3. They look incredible. And they are a bit lighter. But that's the end of the pros list. In every other way, I prefer the 4-ways..and I actually wish I'd specced the 4-ways on my GT3 as I'm more of a mountains and canyons driver than a track guy. But on the Carrera T, it is an easy choice as I have no interest in spending over six grand (since the buckets force the GT steering wheel on Alcantara on you) to give up access, comfort *and* back seats.

I'm sorry if I missed it, but is there a single post or thread somewhere that has a compilation of all of the professional reviews of the Carrera T?

Congrats! My first Porsche as well. It's been my favorite car since I was about 10 years old growing up in Germany. All these years, I've always wanted one and now I finally have one.
Enjoy!
