992 Interior Spyshots....

Fingerprint central, cold shiny plastic, instantly dated low-res gauges imitating the iconic, classy authentic analogue gauges (WHY?), that “nub” is an embarrassment on a sports car (and is the least ergonomic thing I’ve seen on a car), and the vents are all the way down there? Then a massive central cup holder solution? The whole thing looks more BMW/Audi/Mercedes German luxury sedan than Porsche sports car. And it’s a cluttered mess, nothing pure or simplistic about it.
The ONLY thing I can give them is that the screen doesn’t follow the tacky and terribly haphazard “popup screen” fad. Otherwise that will 100% be the most dated 911 interior in the future. Even more than the 996. All those screens and the eventual frame rate lag and graphics obsolescence? Yikes.

Wait! How do you know what's back there? I hope no 3 cylinder quad turbo/hydro/hyper electric with NiCd/Nickel Cadmium/Nickel-metal hydride/lithium-ion/Li-Lo polymerrechargeable...

Please Porsche for the love of god ... NO ... STOP ... TRY AGAIN...
Why do they insist on giving the 911 a hand me down interior from the Panamera now for the second time in a row ?
Before the 991 the 911 existed for nearly 50 years with its own special and unique interior ( please forgive the 996 )that was spartan and functional just like a sports car should be.
Why they are deciding to cram the 911 interiors with all this cheesy tech with the shelf life of a banana is beyond me ...
Of course then again I’m describing practically every new model they are comming out with lately so perhaps they are simply staying true to form ...
