Got a decent run at the Tail and tested out the TC / SC modes on the 1LE.... Also playing with my editing...I know I suck at it but only way to learn is try....

Decided I wanted to switch up the look and also wanted the black set available to mount the Cup 2's I bought, So I swapped out the wheels today for the original set with brand new PS4S's mounted in them that I got a few years ago. Been stored downstairs in the climate controlled basement with my other cars, so even though they're 2020 and 2021 date codes, they should still be very sticky.
The Extreme Sport Conti's still look Great!!! Awesome tire, just different driving characteristics than the Michelin's. Not sure if I'll keep them or try to sell as a great set for someone wanting a deal.

Knocked out another 300 mile day yesterday with my better half in her 718 Boxster S and a good friend in his modded 996TT.
The PS4S's worked well, even though I had my pressure higher than usual. 38-39 psi Front (Hot) and 41-42 Rears (Hot). They always grip better when aired down to around 33F / 36R Hot.
Made for some fun though with some slight drifts in a few corners![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)

I'm always amazed by how much tires in the TTS heat up with 5-6 extra psi even in slightly spirited street driving compared to our C8, especially the rears.
What are people setting their cold pressures at? I've been using 36/39 cold for awhile, but considering dropping them down to 33/36.

I've run as low as 28-29 F / 32-33R COLD but that was for very aggressive mountain drives and track day.
On track it was crazy how much PSI it gained....
For normal street / mountain drives I'll run a lowest of 31-32F / 34-35R COLD...
OR, in the middle of a Spirited drive while they're warm / hot, I'll lower them to 32-33F / 35-36R HOT for max grip and then air back up a bit when I get home and they cool off..
Lower rear pressures and cause the edge of the tire, near sidewall to where a bit... You can see that here in my wheel change video a few days ago when I took all my Conti's on the Black set of wheels.
Around 3 min. mark when I go over the tires once removed.

My Fiance's Boxster S (mid engine) is the same way... Calls for 32 all around and only raises 2-3 psi when hot. Of course she drives well but doesn't push quite like we do.
