They look the part too; I was checking one out at Weissach here in Vancouver awhile ago and I can forgive the Toyota power train as the styling is top notch.

We do have some amazing scenery here in GA and many states North of here.

Roads are great as well.

I am a big fan of those long rolling hills; the roads they hide are generally some of the best I have ever driven. Nice part of the continent you live in.

Yeah we really try to put the miles on when we can. I didn't buy it just to let it sit and collect dust.

Hope all is well with you brother!!

Well the Platinum Fidelity Warranty pays off again!!

Windshield washer line coming from the pump under the trunk into the hood before splitting off to the two washers split in half. No clue how / why. I guess it got brittle. So I took it in to have it repaired and they found a slight leak from a coolant line also.

Long story short, Fidelity covered both repairs ($127+) and my portion was my $250 deductible plus tax.

This is my second car with a Fidelity Warranty (Platinum) and I'm a huge proponent of having one for these type of vehicles.

Exactly! lol.

Only reason I take to dealer if for the ease of working with the warranty and to have the repairs documented on CarFax and for the dealer receipts is I ever sell the car. If I was having to pay all bills, I'd be using one of our well known Porsche Indy's around here.

Well done! I don’t have one, but after CPO expires, I’m going to look into it.

I bought my car sight unseen from Hennessy and thought they did a great job, you must trust them too?

Sure do. I mean, they do charge the full price for things (minus my PCA discount) but I like that a dealer does the work.

Does anybody have a clue about this recent msg. I've been getting. The only thing that changed was me iPhone got a new "FIRST NET" SIM card (First Net is a part of AT&T but for first responders only to use a different band).

When the msg. comes up shortly after getting in the car, I can't do anything to make it go away. Sometimes it'll go away on it's own but I have no clue why.

My AM/FM and XM work fine but I can't control anything until the msg. goes away.

The SIM must be fine because it still links up to my other vehicles just fine. So this has to be a Porsche thing.

I'm looking for any clues. My service guy at Hennessey Porsche wasn't aware of a fix either but I don't think they put too much time into it because it was there for something else warranty related.

Been happening to mine too, same year same car. You can remove the card and put it back in and the message will go away. However, I actually just took the card out entirely yesterday and am not seeing any changes in any functions. I don't have Porsche connect (MyPorsche) though.
