I love the color combo too..Thank you!

However I struggle with the wheels, as I really wanted CL's since I'd just purchased the tools / gear to swap them on my old 997.2TTS.

The more I looked and then saw it in person, I started really liking them.

I only did a 10 mile test drive but I can already tell the car is SO much better in many ways... NOT discounting how awesome my 997.2 TTS was, It's just amazing how much more refined the 991.1 and 991.2 is.

The PDK feels so much smoother / faster.

The 4 wheel steering is awesome in parking lot maneuvering... I'm sure it really helps on the tight twisties at speed too...Can't wait.

The multifunction heated steering wheel is very nice to have. The PDK with the more "correct" shifting is cool too (Pull rearward for upshifts and push forward for down shifts). I love to use the shift stalk for shifting.

The Tune felt pretty strong for sure. Hard to gauge agains my old car with Sam's 2.5 tune, but it felt really close. Can't wait to see how the Dragy numbers compare.
Keep us posted when you get numbers!

I posted in another thread how I prefer the CL's to any other 5 lug OEM wheel, but.....man, those wheels on the GT Silver look great!

Congraulations. You'll love the sound of EP2 exhaust along with all of the other mod you have and intend to install. Drive her in good health.

Yes, that was my thoughts too. I Love the CL wheels. Always have, but these wheels with the gray inlay and the GT Silver car just works pretty good.
The spec was good with a high msrp for a fairly good deal IMO, so I'm very happy with my purchase.

Yes.. I think my 997.2 TTS with your last 2.5 tune revisions felt maybe a tad quicker than this car (seat-o-pants), so I know a Cobb AP with your work should be even better for sure.

Loved my EP1 on my 997.2TTS, so yes, I'm sure the EP2 is even better.

I just sent you a PM. I'm interested in your center lock tools if you want to sell them.

Way to go!!!! OMG>>>>>>>>>> just, wow. 2 cars. I'm blown away. Sometimes it takes a moment like this to really reassess my own life. Maybe I'll secretly start looking for a silver/black 2017 too.

I'm looney tunes, a real nut job. That car looks so sweet. I mostly like this car in silver over all other colors. It's so played down in silver. Really happy for you. I'll look at the other thread now. Dang.... mind blown.

LOLOLOL. I always love your responses Steve!! Thank you Brother!!

Yes man! We only live once. You've been thinking / wanting to upgrade for a while now too. I know the 997.2TTS is so awesome and you / I love it, but you WILL LOVE the 991's!!!

I'll support your decision to upgrade. Go drive one at least. They are truly a Step Above the cars we fell in love with (997.2TTS). Don't feel bad about wanting to upgrade.

Come join me
