What are you saving the car for, the next owner? These cars are too amazing to sit in a garage. Mine is a daily driver and I enjoy every single mile, now at 56K! At 78 this is probably my last Porsche, but I intend to hold on to it as long as possible and as long as I can get into it. Life is too short to worry about adding milage to your pride and joy.

Thicc - why are you agonizing. These cars are not like Ferrari's where miles are expensive to rack up or reliability may become an issue. I wish I drove mine more but work gets in the way - I do want to do some road trips in the Turbo over the next few years. So I plan to rack up some mileage.

I just rolled past 40,000 miles on my 991 TTS. I consider this to be pretty low mileage over 10 years. I don’t have any issues with racking up miles on my Porsches. My 997 TT had about 48,000 miles on the odometer when I sold it, and my 996 C4S had over 130,000 miles. These cars are meant to be driven! I remember the last time that I visited the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart. There were many cars there on display that had road rash and stone chips on the front bumper and the rear fenders. I loved seeing that.

Looks like the most fun 15 contortionist clowns (plus two in the frunk) can have at any given time...
