Since taking delivery a week ago I have installed the Zunsport Grills and did the MTX radar detector tap.
I'm now plagued with the spoiler failure at speeds above 77....Ive read all the threads here and it seems like I'm only losing pressure at speed? I can drive around in sport plus with full spoiler extension all day long as long as I stay under 77. I'm going to see if I can tackle the control assembly replacement myself.

Maybe. It’s not clear to me yet, how ‘self-bleeding’ is the 991 cooling system. There’s also a bleed valve that enables the cooling system to “burp.” I don’t have the shop manuals handy right now, so I can’t describe accurately where it is. In any case, it may be possible to open the bleed valve, run the engine and further top off the coolant. But, without knowing how much coolant is left in the system, I hesitate to suggest that approach.
I need to purchase a kit that you attach to fill area and using the air compressor, it will create a vacuum in system and remove the air.
this valve is attached to a full jug with 5 gallons of fluid, once it checks for leaks and a vacuum is created, then I can turn the valve and let the fluid rush in, at which point I would look at the little ball inside and see if it reads min or max
That's a bugger. Yes, there are a couple threads in it, you're a braver man than I - mine (front) was recently recalibrated by the dealer as I drove into a parking block to the tune of $1600.
IMHO one of the few real '"swing and a miss" with the 991 Turbo engineering... I'll take replacing my 996 Turbo front lips yearly at $100 a pop any day over the overly complex and expensive to repair pneumatic front spoiler on the 991.
I replaced with the Soul Performance Porsche 991 Turbo X-Pipe Exhaust and the Porsche 991.2 Turbo Catbypass Pipes.
lots of fun.
the trickiest part was removing the sensors from the cats and also removing the shield from the turbo area.
everything else was pretty straightforward
I did see that removing the exhaust manofolds wouls also be quite easy and replace with headers, although I am told it would not change the performance.
i sitll have to install the intake side of things, and this requires the removal of the rear bumper; I will change out the filter, y-pipe, plenum, and install bigger intercoolers.
Once I do those, then I will do the Dimsport My Genius Porsche 991.2 Turbo ECU Tune
For now, I took her out for a spin, and WOW!! very very fun, maybe my imagination, but this does not hold back, definitely feels faster and crisper, and of course, the sound is intense and sounds like a race car now.
I used the 3 ton jacks

this exhaust is definitley lighter, i probably shed over 25 pounds with this.

Nice set up! But, you're right that headers won't add much to our already stock efficient exhaust set up, but headers sure are sexy! Below is a picture of my Kline headers.

Last month, i replaced the leaking exhaust manifolds on my 2017 ram 1500 with 100,000+ miles. It was a real PITA!! but now, it sounds much nicer and definitley front end is way quieter. No more click, click, click.
For the Ram truck, i had to remove the wheels, the wheel wells, on the drivers side, disconnect the steering wheel axle, and just a very limted area to tighten and get to the bolts, plus, several broken studs, which required drilling into them with a drill guide template from amazon, then use easy outs.
amazon, i think this was under 100 dollars. the old ram 1500 exhaust manifold, known to leak and break studs broken stud in block, exhaust port SUCCESS!!!

Lots of good youtube videos out there for guidance. Standard stuff; ... remove rear wheels, remove heat shield, etc. Helps to be a contortionist. You already know your way around under the car from your previous exhaust replacement in your 991.2 and from your description of replacing your truck exhaust manifolds also, the Porsche headers should be a piece of cake. Headers will change the exhaust note, ... in a good way. Have fun!
