Picked up at least 30 ponies with this bad boy...new hood badge.

Matches the color of the wheels, interior (and the silver rear badging) better than the ugly, stock, gold colored crest.

Picked it up at aase sales dot com, cheaper than any other place I found them.

Open laps at High Plains Raceway...

OMG the P-Zero's are DONE! Got to swap on some Cup 2's.

It's the Friday before a big NASA weekend, so there was a bit of everything there including a zillion spec miata's... But joined up with a few friends and had four 991 Turbos there. Two 991.1 Turbo S's, a 991.2 Turbo S, and a 991.2 Turbo S Exclusive Series...

Baby Brother has driven at Laguna and has mentioned, in passing, the challenges associated with that corner, great vantage point!

The Corkscrew is thrilling to navigate at speed. You climb a fairly steep hill toward the Corkscrew so most will approaching the blind braking zone at a high rate of speed. As soon as you crest the top of the hill and see the corner, you would already be in the braking zone. Maximum braking then hit the apex for a 3-story descent on the gas. You can feel the car bottoming out and the lateral G as you on the gas hard for T9.

A roller coaster of a corner!

I prefer Rainey corner, super high speed open corner. On a 600cc motorcycle I'd go through flat stick, slight brake for the next corner which again doesn't close up and back on the gas.

It would be interesting to know how many of us TT owners are also motorcyclist. (I raced Ducati for a number of years with AFM, WSMC and WERA)
