2) Signal Green 22S

3) Signal Yellow

4) Riviera Blue

5) Lichtgrün / Light Green / Birch Green

6) Gulf Orange

7) Etna Blue

8) Maritime Blue

Default 'Burnt Orange'...

A pic? Yes, I do. But it's not 'Blood Orange'. That is the old 'Blutorange' or 'Tangerine' of the early 911 era and has color code '018' Unfortunately this color has been recently tested by PAG...and not approved* as a PTS color! But you are correct about the rumor. It is some sort of 'orange'. It is supposed to be 'Burnt Orange'. And our own Rennlister Reter is the one that broke that news at this forum months ago!

Because of the incredible connections I have with 'Porsche Exclusive' and PAG in general, I have been able to get an exclusive look at this upcoming color in the past few days. It's dynamite! I was NOT supposed to posted in public until the press embargo is lifted one week before the MY2015 991 gt3 RS is introduced this Fall in Europe. But I am going to 'wing it' and let you guys at Rennlist see it today.

Photo #1 : Close up of the new exclusive '15 gt3 RS color called 'Burnt Orange'. The official name will be 'Napalm Orange' and has color code 'B52'. It's tricky getting those divergent hues of yellow & orange to integrate fully on a paint. But PAG & DuPont have managed to do it...and its simply stunning, albeit if somewhat volatile, of a color!

Photo #2 : Same color but at a slight distance. This shot gives you needed perspective. I think the color looks terrific on the car, no matter how close or far away you are from it! No question about it, they have a winner here and perhaps the perfect color to go with the new 991 gt3 RS!

Saludos,
Eduardo

*PAG might have secretly approved 'Blutorange' or 'Tangerine' (photo # 3) for the 991 body, but are reserving it exclusively at first for the 991 gt3 RS. Anything is possible at Porsche...just ask the current 991 gt3 owners!

Yes, it's the same gt3 from Austria. This time it was photographed at the StrandHotel Leopold in Velden am Wörthersee, which is located between Villach and Klagenfurt in the southern province of Carinthia. Velden am W. is south-east of Gmünd. I visited that area in 2013...it's lovely!

Allans: What link do you want? The Suncoast Porsche website where the Martini decals can be purchased? If so, here it is:

Eduardo

PS Or is this an excuse to post another photo Larry's beautiful 'Mexico Blue' .2 997 gt3? Why not. And I hope must of you agree that the Martini stripes would not look good on a gt3 of this color...even if we all chip in and buy Larry a decal set since he is such a tightwad!
