Mooty, are you running a power meter or is that Strava estimated? Congrats on the century, I can't go more than 2 hours before my saddle is screaming bloody murder.

I would be absolutely shocked if mooty didn't have meters on all 17 bikes.

Park where the parking sign is on Highlands. Ride Highlands to Aptos Creek. Drop down the ridge trail then Corral, ride up Sulphur springs back to the ridge trail.
You can drop down the Braille, Flow or Sawpit. You can use Tractor as an uphill to make different loops. Then Hihns back to the parking lot.

After years of being loyal to Lone Mountain Cattle Company (local to me) I finally splurged for a couple Japanese imports. I did Sous Vide to 129, disabled the smoke alarms, and finished in cast iron (as hot as I could get it) for about 15-20 seconds a side. My wife and I split one and our 15 year old gobbled a whole ribeye. I'll never eat at a steakhouse again unless I travel to Japan. I don't eat much red meat anyway but I'm officially retired forever from Hereford, Angus or any derivative of subpar American beef. It is such a different experience, even from Lone Mtn which are excellent full blood domestic wagyu and a relative bargain compared to these.

These^ were Miyazaki ribeyes. I think I'll try the Sendai next time they're in stock. Order from Holy Grail with confidence. They deliver the goods.
