Put a few laps on the new gt4 pdk on track. Motor is a bit better maybe more torque but doesn’t really feel like much more. You’d probably notice it more on street than track. The real revelation is the stock chassis calibration is much better than the 981 version. nice driving car.
Your waygu looks delectable! Gorgeous beach shot!

CA had 92 octane but not for many years. All our fuel is called 91 ACN (Arizona CA Nevada) and is a high ethanol blend. It's crap.
those are not normal gas prices, but $4.50/gal of 91 is common now. yes. expensive.
someone has to pay for the roads all those teslas are enjoying w/o paying gas (ie ROAD) taxes!

Thanks Spyerx. I will be at the Glen in less than a month. Looking forward to the experience of PDK on track after having all manual track cars since 2012. So far the transmission feels exactly like our 991.1RS.

Thank you!
Thanks for sharing your photos. Looks like quite an adventure! Brutal gas prices!

actually that's some remote hwy1 section around leggett, if that looks like hwy35 than that's very pleasing to know!

Haha. Living in/and north of Humboldt will lend you the highest gas in the nation. Article ran in papers 3 weeks back. Mom/Pop charging a little less than $9. But Costco in an area tends to keep prices low.
thank goodness diesel is at least cheaper. Can wait for the Chevron refinery in the Bay Area to start producing diesel that doesn’t have any Bio in it. If your confused, yes, they will now have 3 types of diesel to offer. Straight (old school), Bio/Blend, and Renewable. Latter is pretty schway!
