Also, don’t pay attention to the well-done steaks. I messed up. I got distracted and didn’t get them outta the oven quick enough.

judging from your disastrous steaks due to "distraction", we are certain your date is out of this world !

Nice MTB ride out to the end of Stoney Point Dyke on Buzzard’s Bay. Could’ve done without the pollen. Apologies for the lack of food picks.

if u can’t go fast, try to look fast with all the taped up timing marker like real pros. I have no idea what those numbers do.... first time under 7 hours. time to clean out that bucket of 5 gallon ice cream while sitting in hot tub... the beef from yesterday was rocket fuel and this passion fruit chinese jello is the sugar bomb.... yes i’m a little delirious now with rapdo .
.

sadly after ride found hans passed away. i’m taking the 4.0 for a ride in his honor. RIP

RIP Hans. My best 100 miles was 3:55 when full on race fit, but it didn’t involve over 10000 ft of climbing!

Dang! My fastest Century (+) was 5h 44m... but it was actually 112 miles, and I was saving myself for the marathon afterwards. ;-)

Good riding days abound around here right now.

I’m not as handy with a camera (iPhone), but it was a nice day to commemorate his last.
