Thanks Chris! I do enjoy cooking when in the mood. I also miss the occasional meal out.

Hubby just washed the GT4 (again). I don’t think it was dirty, but he loves washing cars (not quite to the Mooty level of obsession but not far from it).

At least when he’s done the house smells good from something in the kitchen!

This thread always makes me hungry. I hope to return the favor

Thank you wru!! I KNOW I’d be getting the better end of that^ deal!

It was an easy recipe, somewhat light in nutrition, involving a technique that intrigued me.
It called for 1/2 stick of frozen butter that is grated into the dry ingredients, using a grater with large holes as if for a block of hard cheese.

it worked quite well and other than the last bit of butter that couldn’t be grated cause fingers were too close- it was easy. The other key is to drop the spoonfuls of batter and not compact them, which would make them tough.

Epic ride, Mooty!!!

Today will be "Quarranride" Day #48 in a row. Yes, I rode a dozen times this year before I started the streak... but already rode more times this year than the whole of last year. Down 15 lbs.
