Just got back from 10 days away on a road trip with 4 trackdays included. Took 2 days drive to get to the first track location then 4 tracks in 1 week and a day to get home.

Lake Wakatipu

2 McLarens, 3 gt3, an M3 hiding aroudn the corner and a tow car

stopped for the scenic pic

488 Pista very quick

craft beer and crispy pork for the foodies. The tasting note says SHINRIN YUKO ... Literally ‘forest bathing’ in Japanese, Shinrin-yoku is the calming and rejuvenative act of walking slowly through a forest, allowing the senses to ‘bathe’ in the natural stimuli around you. Inspired by Shinrin-yoku, this mixed ferment sour has been barrel aged on Japanese ume plums, blended with another aged sour fermented using only sakura (wild cherry blossom), and then infused with the finest Japanese sencha..

Yes but serious fun is also tiring!! Up at sunrise looking for breakfast before the 3rd trackday.
We are in lockdown from tomorrow with all non essential businesses to close for 4 weeks.
Keep safe everyone

Agreed! Its the same in many parts of the country. Hopefully there will be some stability coming in the next couple of weeks to provide some much needed reassurance.
Stay safe and stay healthy.

Nice impromptu gathering for Porsche "social distancing" yesterday. Great run through North Texas. Eerily quiet in the small towns we passed through. May be the last big drive I take if Texas enacts "shelter in place". All elective surgeries cancelled. I do hip and knee replacements, not emergent. I feel like a reservist, waiting for the call up. Worked with my hands all my life...ready to go if the ICU, ER or internist guys need some backup.

They cut off my outlet down here on Sunday. All city and county parks are now closed along with the beaches. Saturday was ridiculous with hundreds of cars out at the back country park I ride to from my house. Just turned around and went home because of the number of people. Hard to practice social distancing when there are people every 20' on the trails.

^^^ was quite surprised by the number of people walking around in downtown Los Gatos on Sunday as we drove through.
guess people haven't learned as much from what is happening in Italy as maybe they should have...

stay home and stay healthy!

it helps economy as well as evolution.

my kids used to play with fire. I told them
it burns but it’s ok , just touch the fire or burning pots. no problems. one got burnt the other lost his eyebrow (only one so it’s ok)...

guess what! they don’t play with fire any more
