onc you try dura ace di2, you never go back to SRAM or Campy. just doesn't happen.
+1. Campy is great looking Italian hardware, but Shimano FTW. The price I paid on a new Porsche RS bike paid for the XTR gruppo and wheels -- the frame was free (though Mooty has argued it's not worth that). Nice to read input from others re: Specialized frames.
That's quite a pace (and avg HR) Raj. Please tell me that was a group ride and not solo.
I've never tried an electric drivetrain. I don't deserve such luxuries, tho I have to say I've struggled a bit switching from Shimano to SRAM shifters...
Definitely a group ride. 3 of us were riding a groups coat tail as they flew peleton style. The weather conditions were horrible (15mph winds, 60-70degree temp and rain thru the 1st 50miles) but running in the group helped a lot. I had never run such a pace through even 50miles so to do that over a 100 still shocked me. Not sure I could ever do better. Still pinch myself about it.
Go back to Shimano, SRAM is not at the same level. I tried using SRAM and eventually gave up.
