Buying your wife a car for Mother's Day is a heck of a tough precedent to establish. Good luck next year!

LOL that was my thought... I always want to do "big surprises" for my wife on all the major wife days, but then I just think "well shoot, I'd have to at least match this next year."

As long as the Fed continues to manipulate the market and keep interest rates artificially low, equities will remain attractive and asset values in generally will be have support. Until that variable turns or missles start flying, the bottom isn't going to drop out of the high end car market.

If there is in fact a glut, someone needs to tell the dealers so they can adjust their prices accordingly.

Seriously? Are they nucking futs?

Maybe because the black is a PTS color for the RS and black RS are very rare?
But I don't think people will see this car as a typical PTS car since the black paint are readily available in other models.

I feel like low rates are a new normal caused by the economic reality of lower population growth, less low hanging fruit of productivity growth driven by technology, and people staring at Facebook or the XBox (or RL?) all the time instead of being useful. I don't think the Federal Reserve, whatever it is (some kind of jail?), has that much of a choice.

I've been following all of Broward's 991 RS cars for weeks now. None of them have been sold. Most of these cars have been chipped down a few grand every week or so. There's almost more RS cars for sale then regular GT3's, lol. Another data point is most of them have barely any miles, therefore it can only be said that they were never intended for use, just a quick buck.
And please do not tell me they attract potential Customers to their show rooms. I have never gone to a Dealership because they were advertising a Special car. If I happen to be at a Dealership getting my car serviced is the only time I walk around to check out their inventory.
Yep- there will continue to be more available which is perfectly fine because as the prices come down to MSRP/Reality so will also the premiums on the .2 GT3s

Insightful, interesting thought.
