Forums and threads like this propagate hysteria regardless of the source.

Burn it??? Any of these cars are worth $0 over MSRP. They can keep their cars for all I care. I give enough to the Feds, don't need to buy new suits and lunches for a year for all dealership brand ambassadors. I suggest anyone walk on any price adjustments. Enjoy the car you have.

Teach Porsche and these dealers a valuable lesson.

Why propagate hysteria?
I've been actually making some calls today.
Lowest over MSRP number I got (for an existing allocation) is +10K.
Highest 60K (!!)

Also found a few dealers who sell at MSRP but only to locals.

So point is, if you want the car, call around. You'll find it an MSRP or at a very minimal +over..

All of these +50K, 60K dealers are out of their minds!

Since the hysteria's in full flight on the .2 GT3 I'll attempt to be the dealer mood Hoover on this one...

I have no idea how many of these they will make. I can tell you right now I am suspicious. Porsche has been great at under-supplying GT cars vs. demand. Will this continue? Not convinced. Wouldn't pay $6 over MSRP right now until this becomes clearer.

Just tell us the name of the stealer asking for $60k over. Is it Auto Gallery or Beverly Hills?

Got a text from an auto broker telling me that he had a PTS manual allocation for $65k OVER. My reply to the text was....GOOD LUCK WITH THAT.

I am promised a manual allocation at MSRP. Got 1800 off of my GT4. Will never buy a car above MSRP.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I'm onboard STG. Let the cars sit. Outside of LaLa Land, we should all make pact to not pay over MSRP.

i didn't even bother with Auto Gallery.
Worst dealer IMO.
BH are very close to that 60K over.
The 60K I got from another dealer over the phone. Honestly I can't even remember who it was because I immediately hung up on the guy as soon as he said 60K over...

No offense, but posts like this are nonsense. If you know of a dealership that will sell to anyone for $10k or less over MSRP, please post it. These posts with random claims of dealerships out there where deals can be had on GT cars always turn out to be nonsense. The either don't exist or won't sell to anyone out of the area. Rather than making unsubstantiated claims, please post the name of the dealer that you claim will offer a configurable allocation at $10k over. I'm sure I'm not the only person who would be interested.

I've contacted every single dealership in the Western half of the U.S. and not a single one had a car available at anything remotely close to MSRP.
