Default So, what's the craziest over sticker number YOU were quoted for a .2GT3?

Please reply with first hand experience only. Not "A friend of my uncle's sister..."

Myself?

+50K over! From two So. Cal. dealers whose lists I were (<-- past tense) on.
One that I've never done business with, and another one where I bought my current 991 GTS...

Surprisingly, the dealer whom I've never done business with said "+50K, but I can do a little better..." (I know for a fact they will do +35K which is still a number I am NOT paying...).

What were you hit with??

I got an apology from the dealer because they were going to charge me MSRP and couldn't give me a discount! I hadn't even asked for it.

Just got a call from another dealer. +60K (!!!).
Are these people high or what??

Do buyers actually pay these ridiculous over sticker prices??

I swear, I think posts like these are done by unscrupulous dealers that want to build into the hype and "hysteria".

$50k and $60k? What is this, to make people feel good about paying $5k, $10k, $20k over?

Believe me, I am not a dealer.
I am just blown away by what these dealers are asking over sticker...
I want the car, but I am not going to get stupid over it...

Maybe Rennlist should make an allocation sub forum with all these threads ...

I would buy a slightly used GT4 all day long rather than pay over MSRP for the .2 GT3- especially if you want a Manual.

I find my GT4 more fun and engaging than the PDK .1 GT3 for spirited street driving.
